I avoid sending negative reviews but Rude and inconsistent springs to mind. One minute you can send parcels from the front at any time and the next you can?t. There needs to be some notice to the public on what?s going on.

This place is useless unless you want overpriced junk food. I popped in recently and the woman behind the counter had serious attitude problems. Checked out the other reviews, and honestly, no surprises there. Plus, most of the time the staff aren?t Post Office trained.Used to be so much better as a CO-OP. Noticed they still haven?t painted over their green walls, surprisingly low standards for a company owned by Tesco.

Unfortunately there is no 0 star rating! Just experienced absolutely atrocious behaviour from the ??manager? with his obnoxious and disrespectful manner in which he spoke to me. Over time I?ve observed this towards other customers (I have visited once a week over the last 3 years) but this was a first for me but also the last as I will NEVER return!

I am appalled at the service from a rude little man that works at the Post Office. The ladies are very nice but I have encountered this abnoxious man on several occasions. Never polite, sits on his bum just giving a feed up glare, asks for details twice when already given, cannot be bothered to deal with anyone (did it to all customers prior to me so it wasn?t personal) it?s a shame to be honest as if you don?t like your job LEAVE, it gives the place a very bad name and shared experiences. There is no need to be arrogant. Manners make a man and at his age he should know better. Definitely going to be dealing with a more professional Post Office.

A rude little man behind the till started shouting at me as I was walking away, moaning because I didn't say thank you! Your persona at the till warranted you zero respect. You hauled abuse at me in front of my 14-year-old son. To top that off you did it as I was walking away!!! You didn't expect the verbal you got back from me, you bottled it and shrunk even further. If you don't like your job then leave! Don't start giving someone abuse as they are walking away and not expect them to come back at you, that's not being a man. Next time say it to my face! One day you'll do it to the wrong person. I have emailed your CEO

5 minute wait, no staff behind till, short little man (with attitude) eventually turned up and tutted at me for the inconvenience of trying to buy something.No hello, no sorry for having to wait, no explanation, just an apathetic loathing of customers.What an absolute shocker of an attitude, if he worked for me...Well, he wouldn't work for me because I don't employ dwarves with the personality of a troll.

Two male shop assistants spent more time telling people that the Post Office closed at 14:00 than actually serving customers. The actual time I entered the shop was 13:43 the shouting at customers lasted until 14:00 at which point I left the store having been served at the Post Office. Upon leaving the store one of the male staff members was physically stopping customers from entering the store and interrogating them as to what they were there for?What an absolute disgrace and thankfully I disregarded what I was being told or I wouldn't have got served at the Post Office. What a shame these guys were shouting at customers? I will never use this Spar for produce ever again. However I will still use the Post Office and will ignore being shouted at by over zealous staff.
