I have been using Shuropody Winchester for a few years.I always have ?happy feet" after I have seen their Podiatrist.I have found all the staff that I met in the store were all so friendly and helpful.They usually phone me the afternoon before an appointment to remind me of said appointment.I had been seeing the lovely Emily the last few times.Yesterday I received a call from the Store that Emily had left, so I needed to rearrange my appointment that I had booked for April.This was slightly awkward for me as I had to arrange time off work for this.

Wonderfully friendly and I really enjoyed talking to the lady serving me. She was patient and funny, we really dod have a laugh and I got the most amazing pair of shoes! ?

Please note the location is incorrect on Google maps- the shop is further up the street near Superdrug and opposite Halifax bank.Had a good experience and the shop assistant was super helpful.

Bought a pair of Josef Seibel shoes here in May. By October they had spilt across the sole. The first pair of shoes that has ever done that in my 50 year history of buying shoes. Shuropody claimed wear and tear and offered me 50% discount on Orthotics!

My Gran funnily enough recommended you guys to me which at first I was hesitant about?. Old people telling young people something doesn?t go hand in hand. Us young people don?t listen?.I gave your foot balance machine a go by myself not knowing I needed a staff member to do it along side me. I failed miserably and should have seeked for help at the start.Luckily though your wonderful and funny team member Andrew was at hand to help. Now Andrew is an asset to your team and store. His customer skills and knowledge of the job were beyond expectations and really impressed me and my partner. If all retail assistance could be like him I think most stores would flourish.We were talking a lot but I can assure the rest of the team and customers that Andrew and myself were multi tasking whilst he was helping me with my wonderful custom inserts and explaining to me about the pizza oven.Throughout the whole multitasking, foot balance, custom insert cooking Andrew was gaining a great rapport with his customer which ALL retail assistants should? He really is a gem. You go girl!Now of course the end result was a happy customer walking away with custom inserts and a smile on their feet.Thanks Andrew and hopefully I don?t come back doing the Elvis leg?Thank you, thank you very much

A couple of Saturdays ago I visited the Shuropody store with my partnerIn particular I wanted to understand about a machine that could offer a scan of my feet, based upon my exact footing and scan, bespoke and made insoles could be produced to support my feetNatalie was the assistant, not only did she explain in detail how the scanner operated, she took the time to explain my scan, as I have differences in my feet, length and arch, together with how I walkThis resulted in me purchasing bespoke insoles, I was also educated by Natalie about compression socks, to which they would support me furtherMy partner and I had a great experience, in particular through great knowledge from Natalie and the scanner ?Foot Balance?I?ve worn these insoles for nearly two weeks and they have given me excellent supportI would recommend ?Foot Balance? insoles - bespoke as very reasonable at £60 per pair made within 15 minutesThanks Natalie for your knowledge !

I booked over 3 months ago via email and had a confirmed appointment. Today I came into the store and they had no record of said appointment on their system. I see from other reviews this is a common occurrence. I travelled from Cornwall for this appointment! I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Go to eclipse foot clinic in Olivers Battery instead.

New store is not as spacious as it was in the last one, also their prices are deceiving, not 60% off as advertised, Old stock brands are closer to new price brands, or higher. There's saving this retailer, then there's making a mock of new & existing customer clientele.

I visited the Winchester Store yesterday to buy boots. The lady who served me was extremely polite and friendly. There was no sales pressure and I was able to take my time in deciding.Strongly recommendKatie

In Winchester they are advertising 75% off everything. This is a lie and presumably designed to lure customers. I looked at 3 pairs all branded 75% off but when trying to buy they were not ?applicable?.I have purchased from them before and also used their services but will not so again because of their underhand marketing.
