I've been going here for the last 10 years. I always stop early morning for fuel and to grab a coffee. Now they won't open the doors until 5:30 on weekends. Staff are rude. Stay clear and spend elsewhere. What is the difference between weekdays and weekends?

Customer service is abysmal, the assistant kept me standing for 20 mins while he chatted out the back then came back to refill the coffee machine. The shop wasn't even open, rude and useless.

Revolting. I was driving to London in the middle of the night, just wanted to get some drinks for the road. Staff member came and just rudely told me that the shop is closed and just walked away. How can u be closed when you are a 24H service??? Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't want to do night shift then don't do them it's that simple.
