Good that it has a vets at the back, and lots of parking. The staff are nice. The store doesnt feel as well kept or as well stocked as the one i usually go to.

Really bad customer service from Pets At Home. Not the Winchester branch but the central office which no longer has a customer service number to call.
I have been charged for a delivery I did not receive and the complaints procedure has gone silent for 2 weeks. I've had to chase them. DON'T TRUST them to act on your behalf because they don't.

Staff at this site are so friendly and helpful! Will B. helped us select a harness and leash for our puppy. I forgot another lady?s name, but she helped us with the puppy?s crate, food, toys, etc. will defo go back.

I?ve recently started my first fishtank and I brought it into the store. The staff were extremely helpful and were very knowledgeable on what I needed which made my experience so much easier. One staff member, Patrick, came with me to view the fish and products I was buying, and explained to me how they work and why I need them which I was very thankful for. Overall, the staff at this branch were lovely and the store was very clean. I would recommend this branch to everyone :)
