Excellent service on the three most recent occasions I've been into the bank. I am actually an RBS customer but have found the level of service from the Nat West staff to be really great. So friendly and helpful and I didn't have to wait any time at all. Good stuff.

What?s the point of this branch? It?s not open at all on weekends and is only open during the day at peak trading hours, so if any working person needs cash services, it might as well not exist.

I have been with Natwest now for a few years now and each and every time I have needed the bank, there never seems to be enough staff. Waited well over 10min in a queue today to pay into my account, asked if there was anyone else to serve and was told â??no sorryâ?, went back into the queue and was (Iâ??d say, 2-4min later..) served by the same guy and didnâ??t even apologise for the wait and was actually quiet rude. I am sure the servers name was Kyle. I left Natwest over 10years ago, and rejoined on the Private Account and this is how Natwest treats their customers?? Regardless of your account, age etc.. you are a customer and you should ALWAYS put them first. Looks like itâ??s time to find a new bank...

I have mixed feelings about NatWest in general, but in this branch I received by far the best customer service of any NW branch Iâ??ve visited. I visited around midday on 3 April and the staff were extremely helpful; they resolved a query I had about an overdraft application - I was seen within 5 minutes - and made a useful (informal - not advice) recommendation about NWâ??s credit card range and were open to a frank discussion about itâ??s advantages and disadvantages. Left a happy customer.

At known busy times there is one person serving customers.
Today I arrived at 13:20 and it took until 13:45 to complete my business. The man serving was INCREDIBLY slow (maybe slowed further by his technology, I don't know) and despite other staff being seeming available, they were presumably allocated elsewhere and therefore were unable to help.
