Very poor service for my van which failed it's MOT for various things which i feel were unjustified, i am no mechanic so can't really dispute this but i feel i was misold various items. Not just that the mechanic advised me the van would be booked in for a retest in a couple of days when the new parts were in. i waited 3 days or more and never heard from the garage, i rang them and they had no idea where the parts were they didn't have my van on their system so hadn't even ordered the parts so had wasted 3 days could'nt even work due to not being able to drive the van. All in all i lost a weeks earnings due to their incompetance and lack of communication between myself and the garage. I was infuriated with the service the garage didn't seem bothered in the slightest i eventually took my complaint to the manager who pushed it through and i eventually got my van back with a new MOT. I will never use the garage again for any mechanical work, they are ok for tyres but thats all imo. Please be aware !

The wait is fine if you know what to expect and come prepared.Based on the feedback of disgruntled people that have booked having to wait a long time, I do wonder if this could be alleviated by have two queues...1. Booked queue2. Drop in queueHowever, having been before, I'm familiar with the process and the conveyor-belt wait and service.I had booked my tyres over the phone (Katie was SUPER-patient with me, helping me sift through stock for a Ford Ranger we've had about 8 months and helped my fine the best price for 4) so joined the queue with my Meal Deal, 2l bottle of water and Kindle. Arrived 11.50am and was driving out 13.10pm. 2 hours, 20 mins wait on a Weds lunchtime... but this was fine for me as I had prepared.Katie was amazing and the rest of my service was polite and well organised. Zero complaints here and we love the more rugged AT tyres we went for. ? The truck was also right outside the waiting area, so I could watch the whole too (hence the pics) ?

Have used these guys for many years after I was told they had the best prices on tyres. Not sure if this is still the case but the quality of their service has always been first class. Staff are friendly and give good advice without trying to push the sell too much.At peak times it can get very busy and I can imagine a 1 hour wait for a full set of tyres if there are cars in front of you. Always worth calling in advance and checking if the tyre you prefer is in stock and also see if you can get a quote in advance.

Used Micheldever for years and will always bring my business here. Bit of a wait but they are cheaper and don't talk to you like an idiot because you don't know what wheel balancing or breaking the bead is.

For those not familiar with this company, it?s a very slow drive through tyre service.I was told 1/2hour in and out 1 hour later still waiting.Very frustrating and disappointing.The process takes at least 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.

Excellent service. I've been using Micheldever tyres for years. I thought for a while the service had dropped off but it's back up to its old level. Really pleased.

Always a great service at a reasonable price. Was very busy so the wait time was longer but was good.
