Emma was absolutely fantastic, listened to the vision we had for the space and came up with some great ideas on how to achieve it. We cannot thank her enough for the amazing kitchen/diner we have now and for sorting everything out to make it as easy as possible. The builder was friendly, hardworking and kept everything as clean as he could considering the process. Highly recommend!

I have been into the store twice to discuss the Masterclass kitchen design with Emma. I've also sent her our architect's plans and measurements. For 2 months now, despite my emailing and leaving phone messages, no one has got back to me. I assume they don't want to sell us a kitchen.

After having checked the usual big suppliers it was a breath of fresh air to walk into the show room. The furniture was top quality. Emma was attentive and came up with ideas which added to the design. The delivery was on time. The fitter was able to get timely response to any questions. I was dreading having my kitchen done. I had designed my kitchen following building work to widen and lengthen my old one and I chose the Kitchen Warehouse because I was told that Emma (at the Winchester branch) would help project manage the process.Despite issues with the Masterclass cabinets I had selected, Emma (along with my carpenter) helped resolve them.The kitchen has turned out exactly as I wanted.Janet

Emma was very hands on and responsive throughout the process and supported with instructing builders on electric and plumbing requirements pre-installation. From the moment we walked into the showroom Emma was a delight. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She was very patient and understood what we were looking for, from our kitchen. Several attempts to perfect our design later, she was always on hand if we had any questions and kept us up-to-date on the status of our order including electrical items. Would highly recommend and wouldn?t hesitate to order another kitchen. My finished kitchen is just what we wanted.

We were looking for good quality kitchen units with real wood doors. Kelvin introduced us to the Masterclass range and after many design meetings we got a great kitchen. Throughout this Kelvin was always very helpful and responsive which made the process smooth and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble. There were a few snags, as you might expect, which Kelvin resolved without drama. Kelvin also recommended a kitchen fitter, someone he had worked with on other projects, who did a great job for us.
