Came here 13/12. The girl who served me was so smiley and friendly (she complimented my outfit and jewellery which really made my day!) The seating area was clean and tidy. My only let down was the long wait for food especially as it wasn?t very busy but it was worth the wait because the food was great :)

We visited KFC today, and I specifically requested chicken breast due to a recommendation from my doctor, as I?m currently pregnant and need to be cautious about the type of meat I consume. My husband drove 20 minutes to the restaurant to place the order, only to be told there would be a 20-minute wait for the chicken breasts. Understandably, he agreed to wait.
However, as he stood there, the manager, who was clearly frustrated and visibly unhappy, made her feelings known by huffing and puffing in the background. She then changed the wait time from 20 minutes to an outrageous 90 minutes, with no explanation for the sudden increase. My husband asked for a refund at that point, as it was clear that no one was interested in helping.
It?s incredibly frustrating, especially when we made the effort to travel, only to be met with such poor service. The manager?s attitude was completely unhelpful and disheartening, making what should have been a simple order into a stressful experience. People like this in management positions can really ruin the experience, and sadly, it makes you not want to return. Very disappointing!

I waited nearly 30 min for my take away order,only to later find out when I got home that the hot chicken wings I ordered were not included. This is not the first time parts of my order were not included.So always check your orders before you leave the building if take awaying.

No tables free, the food was good, because it?s in Winchester the price is hiked right up though which is very unfair. The actual hygiene in the shop left a lot to be desired. Sticky counter tops, mucky floor, staff couldn?t be bothered.
