A fine establishment to purchase my pastries in the morning. Even a latte. Tastes to sweeten the taste buds, the finest quality pastries in Winchester that I have sampled. (Hampshire too). Staff are always friendly too. Thank you Hoxton for keeping the quality.

Lovely bakery. Sadly our Chai latte was served too cold but a nice quiet spot for savoury or sweet bites.Suggest playing some chill lounge music rather than pop rock on a Sunday! Would set for a more relaxing feel....

Mirror other comments regarding customer service; was talked to in a patronising fashion and didn't feel like the "customer".Food is good, but so much choice in Winchester for baked goods, I won't be going back solely down to the arrogance of the staff especially when you're paying nearly £4.50 a loaf which I was doing twice weekly!

I recently visited a fantastic bakery, and it was a delightful experience. Their menu features standout pastries like the Blueberry Muffin with Salted Butter Crumble and the Passion Fruit and Coconut Bun. These treats are not only fresh but also incredibly flavorful. The [Blueberry Muffin] offers a perfect balance of sweet and salty, while the [Passion Fruit and Coconut Bun] is a tropical delight. The overall experience at this bakery is a testament to their commitment to crafting exceptional baked goods. ?DON?T MISS the chance to indulge in these mouthwatering pastries; it's a treat you'll thoroughly enjoy!

Great bakery and coffee shop in central Winchester. You can't miss their incredible buns - the vanilla bun with a custard centre is the stuff dreams are made of.The Rubens toastie is also an absolute must if you're looking for an amazing lunch time sandwich - so flavoursome and the bread is amazing. The coffee is great too!

I have used the Hoxton Bakehouse in Petersfield a number of times and was pleasantly surprised to see one in Winchester.Myself and a good friend had a cake and coffee a few weeks back and was able to sit and enjoy the experience. We decided to nip in on the way back to the carpark and unknown to us the staff were in the middle of clearing down for the day.Our original intention was to sit in but having picked up they were closing I decided to switch to a takeway coffee.. The member of staff was incredibly rude and made me feel very unwelcome.. I actually feel stupid for not walking out at this point.I won't be using this coffee shop again. I suggest that members of staff politely inform customers they are closing down for the day instead of letting customers work it out for themselves."Hey guys were are closing down for the day, just letting you know we are only serving takeaway" - this kind of thing would have clearly indicated to people coming what type of environment it was going to be..I was made to feel stupid for spending my money in here. Very sad that staff members make customers feel stupid..The one lady working to clean up with the mop was polite as think she realised what going on but the lady behind the till made me feel completely stupid.I just would like to add I don't actually like leaving bad reviews but in this instance I previously had a good experiences with this brand of coffee shop and wanted people to know..Could be a specific issue with staff/training however could be problem with the company itself treating staff badly.

Went originally 2 weeks ago and it was great. Great service and pastries. Unfortunately went in 30 mins before close this Sunday and couldnt feel less welcome. Quite rude, and didnt seem as pleasant.

If you're in the mood for a sweet treat or a coffee whilst in Winchester then this is the place to visit. Their baked treats are made fresh and I'm a big fan of their Danishes and cookies. Try a cruffin too!

Small coffee house in Winchester, but have most delicious bakery, and sandwiches and coffee. The bread there so freshly made just wanted to eat as you got it.

Very nice bread and pastries, but not the best coffee. I felt it is too acid and bitter.

After reading good reviews we went in for tea and a cinnamon bun. The prices were outrageous, the table was dirty and we had to go to the counter twice to collect our buns and tea separately. I had to ask for the cups to be topped up with boiling water as they were only half full. The tea had a strange smoky flavour and the bun was doughy and sickly sweet, cost £12.60! 3 staff on duty and they couldn't bring the tea to our table!

Would always recommend. I?ve spent the vast part of 3 months working in this cafe and every time is a joy. The coffee is lovely (thought they?ve recently changed their blend), the snacks are delicious (the cookie is my personal fav). Good seating available, great location. Best part about it is the staff. The very best team and always such a delight to chat too and be served by them. Never ever had a bad experience. They are a credit to the company and the branch.

Beautiful decaf mocha and a lovely dirty chai. The toasted sandwich was very tasty (gorgeous sourdough bread).Definitely worth a visit.
