Fabulous! My partner and I were looking for our first rental in Winchester. I have recently sold my property via Hamptons (Winchester) and I cannot praise them enough. They are excellent Estate Agents who go above and beyond to deliver a highly professional service. The housing market has been ?challenging? but after speaking to Gareth Anwyl at Hamptons, I felt so confident that he and his team would sell my property (which they did). The service they provided was amazing?.staff are courteous, helpful, and extremely professional. They are a hard-working team who make sure you know your property sale is in good hands. Although Hamptons were not in the end the Estate Agents through whom my wife and I are buying our new home they have been of great help to us in our long search. Last year (2022) we put my elderly mothers house on the market due to her having to go into care. This was a difficult and sad period for the family but Alec and his team dealt with us very professionally but also with consideration and understanding. He and the team helped us along but never made us feel pressurised. There were a number of unforeseen obstacles which unexpectedly came up and delayed the sale but they dealt with these without any issues.On the occasions I contacted their Winchester office they were always very polite, friendly and above all helpful. On a day-to-day basis I generally dealt with Tania and Alison both of whom were were always friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with.Hamptons (and in particular Alec) had been recommended to me by a close friend who sold his house through them and said he was very pleased with the service they/he provided. Likewise, I am very happy to further recommend Hamptons and Alec.
