“Linda the area manager was absolutely fabulous by working above and beyond to provide solutions for a legacy order on the old system!. Linda revised the plan, saved us money, advised exactly which carpet we would need despite limitations of quality dogs and children… it seems Years of experience makes all the difference. So happy we chose Carpet right. But be aware that the telephone customer service are awful and not personable and simple read off a guide sheet! Need more staff as good as Linda in Winchester store…”
