Staff of young girls running this tesco Costa into the ground. It's filthy. Not to mention arguing with visibly autistic adult over whether I needed a straw after I had politely said I needed one for my 'sippy cup' (what?!) then shouting a very sarcastic thank you at me after being so rude and talking to me like an idiot. Rude young staff obviously their first employment. But the response off this kid?! Try doing that on the street I mean come on. You won't get along in the real world, kid. You need to hire some adults.

Popped in for a cuppa this afternoon ( sun 7th April) and wanted to feedback how lovely the two young ladies were. So friendly and helpful with product info (still can?t get my head round hot milkshakes not being a flavoured hot chocolate ?). A smile and friendly conversation really makes a difference and would make me come back again for a quiet Sunday cuppa.

Ordered large latte and chocolate twist. Polished off the twist :) latte was cold , went up to the counter and they apparently added hot milk but still Luke warm at best. So now sitting here drinking barely frothy milk ?????

Only 4 sandwiches left at 2pm and pain o chocolate served cold when I asked for hot.Usually a very nice visit here but must of had a busy day.

Staff are very friendly, the food and drink are standard for a Costa. You can see all of Tesco below which makes it a bit noisier but still able to have a chat.

After shopping in the store below, love climbing those stairs for a coffee/chocolate with cream ? cake or sausage roll, staff polite, helpful just all friendly. Thank you.....

It was quieter than expected at 11.30am. Barista was friendly. Nice moist piece of cake. Flat white never seems hot enough. My mother enjoyed her latte.

It's convenient. And that's pretty much all it's got going for it. Two chaps who clearly didn't want to be there or were on a permanent gormless go slow, supported by one lady who carried the entire place - kudos to her. I could have driven to the nearest Costa Express, got my coffee, and driven back faster than I was served here.

Drive through 8th September just before they closed. 2 really bubbly girls with great big smiles. Fantastic service and great brew!
