Not a clue how to make a coffee frappe, £5.80 straight in the bin! Horrible, Nothing like the ones made at other costa,s. AVOID!!!

The Staff here are amazing, so polite & really refreshing to receive such first class service . Unfortunately Costa locations are so basic and uncomfortable , the seats are like school chairs from the 1980’s, very small, hard , lots of bare wood , and very upright. So far behind Starbucks and cafe Nero etc when it comes... read full comment
