One of the two toilets were out of action. Staff were good, food and drink was tasty, but areas around tables need cleaning not just at the end of the day, but regularly.

After consuming a muffin and latte here I had violent sickness and diarrhoea within 4 hours. I was up all night unable to sleep due to this.
There wasn?t enough staff working and they seemed to be under a lot of pressure.
It was overall very unhygienic and I would not recommend going there.

Winchester Costa Coffee is the only one I don't like going to, the place looks depressing, some sofas have torn fabric, there is something in its decoration that makes me never want to go in and stay for a long time, it is the first time I have felt that about a Costa coffee ... I hope they invest something in renovating it.

Wifi is painfully slow even when its not busy. Wouldve given a number here but it takes too long to get to the speedtest website. Didnt get food so cant comment on it but im sure it fine. Coffee is consistent with other costa.

A lovely branch of Costa. Linda who served us was very happy and the whole team seemed pleasant. Also nice to have the menu on boards rather than screens which cycle through before you've had the chance to read them.
