Have had nothing but positive interactions with staff at this store, always professional and friendly. Shout out in particular to Finn who went above and beyond today sorting out a broken PS4, including salvaging the game that was stuck inside. Top man

We bought a second hand switch from this store 2 days ago and one of the remotes would not work or connect, this remote was not mishandled at all or dropped as the store employees claimed it had been. Following their return policy we went back to return the controller for another one. We were refused this multiple times even after explaining. They sold us a completely broken remote controller. My sister caved and bought a new one so the whole family could play together but we are utterly disappointed by this whole situation. We will not be returning and are completely shocked at the lack of care by the store to firstly sell a broken remote and then not take accountability or handle it.

Bought a PS4. Wasn't compatible with my old wheel so exchanged for PS3 plus store credit. PS3 stopped reading discs after 6 months. Exchanged without issue (including a free upgrade as they didn't have a normal PS3 in stock so replaced with PS3 slim). Excellent service

They?re sold me faulty AirPods and lied about the warranty. The left mic doesn?t work, but they pretended everything was fine. Their warranty is a joke?avoid unless you want to throw money away

If I could give 0 stars I would. i do not recommend Winchester CEX at all, they are money grabbers and have no morals at all.
I purchased an apple watch as a gift for my friend. Upon gifting it to her we found it is locked to someones icloud account. CEX have refused a refund or exchange claiming this is my error. I have contacted Apple who have confirmed the account was set on the watch way before I purchased it. I went into CEX today to inform them this and they still refused my refund, claiming this isnt true.

I tried to sale electric scooter online. Did all required things and choose drop off shop for my item. As closest one I went to Winchester CEX ,and then with extremely heavy scooter in my hands I been told that they dont take scooters, on the website no info which shop accepts those items. I dont know if CEX enjoys misleading costumers or they have so poor website care,but definitely this and previous experience with them makes me dont recommend them at all.
There is second part of the story. As for CEX website it doesn't matter what you're selling as for them each shop is able to take electric scooters for example. There is also phone number so I those I call few shops and then I'll get answer where u can drop off elect
ric scooter but there is another surprise as phone number is only to hear automatic message that all query online form.Extremally easy process specially that you wont find out that what nessceary. Online form respond takes hours or days, CEX you don't think that your customer service a this point is below average.
