Have had nothing but positive interactions with staff at this store, always professional and friendly. Shout out in particular to Finn who went above and beyond today sorting out a broken PS4, including salvaging the game that was stuck inside. Top man

We bought a second hand switch from this store 2 days ago and one of the remotes would not work or connect, this remote was not mishandled at all or dropped as the store employees claimed it had been. Following their return policy we went back to return the controller for another one. We were refused this multiple times... read full comment

Bought a PS4. Wasn't compatible with my old wheel so exchanged for PS3 plus store credit. PS3 stopped reading discs after 6 months. Exchanged without issue (including a free upgrade as they didn't have a normal PS3 in stock so replaced with PS3 slim). Excellent service
