I had coffee and a snack here recently. All ok. The problem was the the toilet. It was in a disgusting state with a filthy seat both top and bottom. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, contrary to a sign stating otherwise.
I only hope your staff don't have to use this toilet and they then go back to serving customers. I for one will not be returning.

The service was very poor. I asked for hot chocolate with pistachio and the guy just gave me normal chocolate dr8nk. I double checked before taking the drink and he confirmed that pistachio is in there. Paid and got deceived - no pistachio ??

3 members of staff serving and not one them had the brains to go out and clear tables that had clearly been vacant a while.
Won?t go there again.

Very relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff and cappuccino is quality, try the Carrot Cake too as they go well together.

A pretty basic cafe environment (aren't they all). Cakes seem a little expensive (don't they all), but the pastries are good. Staff get the jobs done. I wasn't that impressed originally, but it's grown on me.

Queues of 10+ people approaching Sunday lunchtime and only ONE poor person serving clearly rushed off their feet. I felt I would actually help them by buying coffee elsewhere, so we did.. Management, you need to sort this out and hire more staff. Every time we come here the wait is ridiculous. The staff themselves are fine this is not their fault AT ALL but they are under an unfair amount of pressure with the amount of people coming into the only Nero in Winchester! The only dog friendly coffee shop on the High Street. Please sort out your staffing issues so we can start coming back here. No staff should be under such pressure rush it's bad for mental health. Look after your nice staff and hire MORE especially during busy hours. The queues are insane!

Every time I come in here, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The iced frappé range is amazing as is the pistachio latte. The cakes are really rich and tasty.
Dietary restrictions: Soya and oat milk available for beverages, gluten free cake available.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is step free
