My dental care is in Winchester practice.My dental professional is very approachable and I feel included in all decisions regarding my teeth and gums.The reception staff are so helpful top.I definitely less nervous and anxious about going to the dentist as a result.

Lovely quiet and clean practice. Friendly and caring staff who make the time to talk over decisions and explain the process whilst personalising the treatment plan to suit your needs. Appalling wait times phoning reception, they just don't answer. They suggest online booking, however I am unable to do this for my son at the same time. They gave me far too much time to write this scathing review.

I am extremely pleased with my visit to the Dentist. Dr Masud has been my dentist for several years and I would highly recommend her. Dr Masud and Tina made an excellent team and had a very good working relationship. The atmosphere in her surgery is always calm and friendly.I booked a checkup, an then old crown had fallen off after I had booked the appointment. I turned up with the crown the Dentist fixed this and did my checkup.The reception staff Chante and Mollie were also professional and very efficient.Patients doing the medical paperwork, online prior to the appointments, also speeds up the visits.

Very strange experiance here, looked to book a new dentist via the bupa website. chose this place as it has a 10% discount. When I called they deny the existance of this even though I was looking directly at it on bupa's site.

As a long term sufferer of anxiety and claustrophobia a trip to the dentist is not on my preferred to-do list however the dentist, Mr. Pedro De Matos and his assistant provided reassurance and support, building confidence and making the whole experience as enjoyable as reasonably possible.
