I am a frequent visitor to the centre and use the lounge and boardroom quite often. Not sure what's happened in the last few months but it's gone rapidly downhill. Staff are never there, if they are then the place feels unprepared. Coffee machine often not on or working. Car parking still a nightmare and no one seems to care about customer service. Thinking of going elsewhere unfortunately.

Booked the shared meeting room, but no parking places. Had to park in the hotel up the road for £7 a day.

Basepoint is a great option for an office space. All of the team are really friendly, helpful and accomodating. Amy is a stand out employee who is always efficient and brings a community feel to the place and Reg is on hand to help with any maintenance jobs at the drop of a hat. I enjoy working here and apart from having to pay for parking now, my team are generally happy too!

When we first joined two and a half years ago, the building was brilliant. The staff where friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this is now not the case. I would avoid at all costs.

We moved in during covid times, really well looked after even under the tough restrictions. Nothing is too much trouble, Jon works really hard to accommodate any requests and keeps the centre running smoothly, he is a fantastic asset to the IWG team.

Staff are always friendly and the new manager Sarah is lovely. Just has a nice buzz and feel about the place. Ideal site for a startup business. Though parking was always an issue before Covid

I rented an office for 3 months from the team here and have nothing but good things to say. They are efficient, friendly & responsive. Flexible to my needs, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere - no easy feat in a large building of disparate businesses.Everything was super easy, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. I shall be sad to leave. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We've always had excellent service from the staff at Basepoint and Zulfiya has been really helpful since she arrived.The big positive is the fact that you are not locked into a long lease and, if you need to downsize or upsize, it's easy to change offices when a suitable one becomes available.The offices are bright and airy and the facilities are good as well so it's definitely one to consider if you're looking for a serviced office without the need for a long-term lease.

I attended a meeting in March and it was great. Everything was really clean and certainly felt COVID safe. Tea and Coffee was provided along with Water and plenty of space in the meeting room. Would certainly recommend to those who need to book meetings or office space in the Winchester area.

The team at Winnal Valley Road were fantastic. They managed to find us an appropriate office with room to social distance. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome. If you are looking for flexible office space in Winchester make sure you contact Zulfiya and her team.

After recently temping at Basepoint Winchester, I can say it is a lovely place to work. Everyone is so welcoming and the facilities are first class. My colleagues were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend this centre to any businesses looking for office space.
