I was having problems with a payment from 2022, and Katie at winchester branch was able to help me resolve the problem and save myself and family money. It was very stressful but the Katie was great and helped to solved the issue.

I can?t thank Mahua enough for the incredible support she provided while helping me resolve a fraud case. From the very beginning, she was professional, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. She listened patiently to my concerns, explained every step of the process clearly, and worked diligently to ensure my case was resolved quickly and smoothly. Not for the first time Nicky dealt with them all in the most efficient, friendly manner in about twenty minute. She is very experienced, knowledgable about all of Barclay's products & a delight to engage with.

Customers should be aware that Barclays scores just a one star rating on Trust pilot a whopping 86% of the time, general corporate policy seems to be the largest complaint.
