I travelled to the store today with my small toddler who fell asleep in the car just as I had arrived. I called the store and asked if they would mind bringing my click and collect out to me so I didn?t have to disturb my sleeping child. Really grateful for the chap agreeing to this and kindly bringing out my parcel to me. Thank you so much it meant a lot

Have ordered several times from this store via click and collect and home delivery . Service is always fantastic and have never been let down. Prices are good , often better than Amazon and service much better .Thoroughly recommended . The home delivery driver Sandra was extremely pleasant and polite . Thanks.

Very convenient as it's inside sainsburys, andevery time I have used it I have received greatcustomer service despite what other reviewsmay suggest, only problem is that they don'thave much storage so items are occasionally out of stock however if you check the app before hand and order it to the store if they don?t have it it?s a great Argos to go to

The horrible woman who initially served me was extremely aggressive. Her tone was harsh and I did not feel she had any intent of genuinely helping me. I explained that I had spoken to customer services on the phone about my faulty Bluetooth speaker, for which I no longer had the box nor receipt, and that customer services had advised me to take the speaker to any Argos store with the bank statement proof of purchase to receive an exchange. The woman was adamant and smug that there was absolutely nothing she could do without a receipt. I offered to phone customer services and pass the phone over to her. She became defensive and claimed that Argos customer services was separate to in store - and that ?it doesn?t work like that?, whilst laughing and shaking her head at me. The woman was on a total power trip. She was rude and held herself completely unprofessionally. I had to walk away from her and take a moment as I became overwhelmed by the intensity of her. Thankfully the manager came out to resolve my query, he was professional and well mannered. He sorted the situation as it should have been done, calmly. He apologised for his employee's behaviour. Despite this, I left feeling extremely upset at the way the sales assistant had treated me. I believe she needs re-training in both returns and customer service, or alternatively she needs to just be let go of.She was shy of 5ft, aged between 60-75, she had short grey hair and was wearing a colourful face mask. If you have a returns query or would like to talk to somebody polite and pleasant, avoid this woman at all costs!

I frequently use this branch and have done since it opened .Always receive a fantastic service . Staff super helpful, polite and the items I?ve ordered are always perfect .

Ordered a bike helmet online. The next day I went to collect the helmet and was presented with the wrong colour. I said I didn't order that colour and the staff dissappear for 10mins. They came back and stated the box had the wrong sticker on and I needed to go back online to order again! Also I was asked to call in advance incase this happens again... Waste of time and zero customer apology was offered. Will not be paying this Argos a visit again.

Just unbelievable. Went online to order a Venetian blind and when I went to collect it, they couldn't find one. The server's excuse was that they have over 14,000 items in the warehouse and mistakes happen. He didn't reply when I said that's why they have computers to check stock. Perhaps Argos should do more checks to see what is going on.

I bought I phone 8plus as a gift for my wife on Sunday.she only opened it and didnâ??t like the colour.so I thought of changing the different colour for her.i went to Argos after two days which was Tuesday,and the horrible lady at the reception ask me why do I want to return the product.I said to her that I bought it as a gift for my wife and she didnâ??t like the colour...I actually havenâ??t finished my sentence she rudely answered me saying i canâ??t return it because I have used it.which I havenâ??t used it at all. And more and more I tried to explain her she very rudely repeat the same answer.and another lady join her and said the same thing again and again.and when I was trying to say something they kept on ignoring me.I have been buying things from Argos from past 10 years and never had this kind of problem with the customer service.this lady so called manager herself need to be trained to deal with the customer in a proper manner.this is the very bad experience for me specially as I am the Argos customer for past 10 years.
