I would avoid at all cost. I requested an appointment with a senior stylist. I asked for a blunt cut with shaping around the face. What I received was a cut of two completely different lengths (at least an inch longer on one side of my head) and no shaping at all. They blow dried my hair from soaking wet leaving it frizzy. The cut took all of about 10 minutes. She didn't length check (clearly) or show me the back with a mirror. It was very clear she was in a rush to leave. All in all hugely disappointing experience and from a "senior" stylist no less. I've asked for a full refund but for what it's worth I'd spend your money elsewhere.

Sadly I did not have a great experience at this salon. I booked the junior stylist as all I wanted was a blunt cut, 1 length, nothing fancy. Unfortunately I was left with completely different lengths on either side of my face. When I went back to complain, they sent the same girl over to fix my hair! I asked for the manager who clearly was not interested at all and entirely unapologetic - she asked me to wait half an hour even though we had pre agreed the time for me to go back in. Eventually they agreed to do it sooner than half an hour as I had a flight to catch. They did do a great job of fixing the cut so I added a star back on for that but then to add insult to injury, they then suggested I need to book the senior stylist if I want a straight cut. You couldn?t make it up!

the worst blow dry i have ever had in a hairdresser. The actual cut was not bad but the blow dry was awful. I came out of the salon and it looked like I?d let my hair dry naturally after a shower. Was so frizzy, the stylist blow dried it from sopping wet. I do not think I will be returning to this hairdresser which is unfortunate as it was my go to usually.
