I have just arrived in the area and I was greeted at the tills and staff on the floor with respect and empathy and kindness as I am disabled and in a mobility scooter nothing was too much trouble when I wanted something out of my reach and when going through the till the male member of staff was warm and kindly help pack my purchases what a lovely welcome into the area. What an encouragement to go to that store.

James the manager in the Winchester branch is the rudest man I have ever encountered in a shop. Once I accept, he was busy talking to another member of staff, but this week, he was dismissive and uninterested when I asked if they sell a wine I had seen advertised on tv. At least the other staff make up for his lack of interest in his loyal customers.

Unfortunately no tilts open and only self-checkout even though there is plenty of staff around.
The selection is good and sufficient, but the lack of service ruins this.

If you like Aldi, you'll like this one, limited time free car parking and self service tills are the standard out features and easy to access form that side of the city

As an Aldi lover this pains me to write but this shop is absolutely terrible. Never any parking and never any tills open. Like 0! They were so many struggling people around me with 100 to 200£ worth of shopping plus babys/ toddler with them having to do self checkout? Really?
