I have just arrived in the area and I was greeted at the tills and staff on the floor with respect and empathy and kindness as I am disabled and in a mobility scooter nothing was too much trouble when I wanted something out of my reach and when going through the till the male member of staff was warm and kindly help pack... read full comment
