The store manager (blonde women with glasses) has got to be the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I have ever met. After not being helpful she started to pull faces at me and gossiping to her colleagues. She then told me she was the store manger which was just embarrassing for her to be honest after the way she behaved in front of her colleagues and other customer.

Awful experience!!
Staff miserable and unhelpful. Left and went next-door to JD Sports and had a much better experience and so gave them my hard earned cash instead!!

I would suggest sending a couple of your team over to JD Sports for some training on customer service. I went to JD before coming to your store. They were packed in contrast to your quiet store but the customer service was above and beyond. They even suggested I come over to Sports Direct for goalie gloves for my son as they didn?t have any. In contrast I had to ask 2 staff where they were who just gestured to the general direction (they weren?t even busy). It was pretty obvious I was struggling with a 3 yr old. I could?ve done with a bit of help finding what I needed. The woman I asked seemed put out that I had even asked for help.

Plenty of parking with the first 3 hours free.\\nThis store has a good range of major brand sports clothing with ongoing price reductions on the rails. Rummage through and grab a bargain.

This is a good place to come if you want to purchase discounted sports goods. Place is a bit of a mish mash everywhere - not much structure to the place but clothing downstairs and sports equipment upstairs. There is a lift at the rear of the store if you need to use that instead of the stairs. Their smart shoes are good value. Have bought several pairs here.

Great range of affordable clothing, shoes, trainers and (some) equipment.\\nMy only gripe is that sometimes the quality can vary and also sizes.....I've had expensive trainers last month's, when the originals have lasted years and sizes can sometimes be off\\n\\nIf you're after a brand trainer, look ok here first to save a few nuggets!

Would score minus if possible. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITHOUT TRYING ON AND SURE YOU WANT ITEM AS NO REFUND. You are given credit note. Sign by till did not see. Asked asst about sports bra sizes told normal size, did not fit when tried on at home.\\nThink online ordering may return but you cover cost of postage. Don't think I will ever use this company again not worth it when there are other options.
