We had the most amazing experience getting married at skylark & would highly recommend to anyone! The whole experience was enjoyable thanks to the amazing staff who made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Especially our wedding coordinator Sarah who looked after us incredibly! Couldn?t recommend skylark enough to anyone looking to book their special day!

A little delayed, but just a quick recommendation of Skylark Golf and Country Club, where we got married two months ago.
As the first legal marriage ceremony to take place at Skylark after they acquired their license, it felt even more special!
A moment for our coordinator.
Chantelle was with us throughout the entire process, and dealt with highs and lows with incredible professionalism and empathy. From discussing packages right at the start, to ducking and rolling when assisting with the floating veil shots on the day, she went above and beyond, dealing with the laughter and tears in her stride!
Chantelle was incredibly easy to get along with, and made both of us feel comfortable and confident in choosing Skylark.
We had so many compliments on the food (BBQ), and the bar staff (who bust out the best dance moves) that we knew we?d made the right choice.
The venue itself was beautiful, with staff going above and beyond to ensure things were just as we?d imagined.

We are so thankful to have found Skylark for our wedding, not only is the venue versitile and beautiful, the staff were also incredible! Our co-ordinator, Kayleigh and the whole team helped ensure our day went seemlessly for us and all our guests! Nothing was too much trouble, even making 90 perfect Baby Guiness shots for our speeches - which is no mean feat! The food was especially wonderful, with many guests saying it was the best wedding meal they?ve ever had! Thank you all so much for making our day so special!

We had our wedding reception at Skylark on the 1st of June, and it was absolutely perfect. The team are incredible, always quick to answer and so kind and thoughtful. 100% recommend!

A great golf course set amongst some excellent scenery and houses you would wish to live in. The elevated tees make for some really fun tee shots. The club house is pristine and there is always a wedding going on so a fun atmosphere.

Whilst being members of another golf club quite local, I have always liked to play a number of rounds here at Skylark. It is (weather permitting) always prepared and presented to a high standard and offers a different challenge to my own course. It is unfortunate, under the new management, that the County Card is no longer accepted. Although at just around a 25% green fee reduction, this is an important incentive in deciding to book at Skylark, especially as there are other similar courses locally that do offer a reduced fee. It?s worth considering that any encouragement to book a tee time also has the potential for increased spending in both the pro-shop and restaurant.

Golf course is in superb condition would highly recommend anybody plays here. Really enjoyed my afternoon. Bunkers were especially well maintained. Green ran true.

I visited this impressive golf and country club earlier this week (mid May). I was delighted by the quality of the club house facilities, the pro-shop and friendliness of the staff. The golf course was in tip top condition with beautifully kept fairways, greens and manicured bunkers! The course is not too long and will suit regular golfers and seniors, like myself. Bordering the golf course is an assortment of fabulous private properties all of which are very impressive. The whole setting is very well designed and made for a memorabble day out. I look forward to returning later in the summer.

Played this course for the first time this week. On arrival we were greeted in the pro shop and advised where the first tee was and invited to use the club house for coffee. All the staff were friendly and polite. Great coffee and the food looked lovely.The course was well kept with some lovely views. It?s quite steep and some longer walks to the next tee than we are used to.There is a a wedding venue which was being used when we finished playing. It was nicely decorated. The gym and pool looked good too.I would recommend checking this place out for golf, gym, swimming pool, wedding venue or just lunch/dinner

The venue is absolutely beautiful, the perfect place to have a wedding. The staff are also fantastic and make the day as worry-free as possible. Our wedding coordinator Chantelle was amazing all the way through the planning and we wouldn't have had a wedding without her! The food was also delicious!

Best roast we've had for a long time. If you've not got huge appetite beware portions are well sized. Great coffee as well . Staff very friendly and attentive
