I bought some sandals that had broken after just 3 months. I took them back to Schuh in Whiteley, the young lady who served me could not have been more helpful. She made no fuss, found my original receipt on the till, gave me a replacement and a small refund as they had gone down in price. Excellent customer service, I will definitely shop there again. Thankyou

If there was a chance to leave zero stars, I would.
I did an online click and collect order for this store, collected this morning and to be honest with you was horrified by the service.
I was handed a box with a big green sticker on it and expected to just take it as it was.
I open the box to see that the shoe that I had ordered was half unlaced with no Paper inside it and could see that they had definitely been previously tried on and just chucked back in the box willy-nilly.
I wasn?t even offered a bag and when I asked for one was told it was 20p.
I was also expecting the box to have had a personalised message written Inside as this was a gift for an anniversary present but was told that when you click and collect in store you can?t have a personalised message which isn?t something that they said online when I was making my original order.
At this point the lady that handed me the trainers had disappeared and another lady came over and repackaged the Trainers after she could tell I looked horrified with the way they were in the box.
I?m still really unhappy with this service and won?t be shopping here again, I?ll be heading back into West Quay where people actually care about after-care for online orders.

First visit to the store. I had used their helpful website to reserve some shoes for which a confirmation text message was received to advise when collection could take place. So new to me it is not possible to review in more detail.

I bought 2 converse one started to rip from the side and i took it to whiteley store manager said bring it we will exchanged for you when i went there to exchanged stuff said its not fully ripped so we cant exchange so basically not even month pass manager speaks different stuff says different i had to complain to the schuh complaint centre instead of dealing with stuff as i dont think they have clue about return policy at all? bad costumer service i have been buying from them since opened not any more?

I was completely discussed with the service I received from a single member of staff. I took my mother in who's in a wheelchair, and has a broken wrist. The young member of staff was totally unhelpful. she watched my mother struggle with the shoe, offered NO help what so ever. To the point I got down on my knees to aid my Mother. I'm in my 50's.The member of staff was also dressed incredibly inappropriate. wearing a sports bra top type thing, skin tight leggings. I will never use this shop again.

Served by Millie today, she was very helpful and went upstairs to look for shoes multiple times for me. She mentioned the new loyalty card and helped me set it up so that I got £5 off the two pairs of summery shoes I bought, even helping with the notorious poor signal in Whiteley so that my emails would load. Very pleased with my visit today, Millie was great and I hope she is rewarded for her hard work and that her manager passes this feedback on to her. All the staff were attentive but didn't pounce.

I took my Daughter Flo to the Whiteley store today and both Bryony & Charles were fantastic. So patient and took the time to choose the correctly fitted shoes for her. So happy with their customer service and will definitely return again. Thank you!
