Really tasty burgers and fries. The milkshakes are also really good. But........ At £48 for three people, it a premium price, and the place itself is far from premium. Cold and clinical decor.

The food was tasty and the milkshakes were absolutely some of the best I've had and I highly recommend them. However the food portions were overpriced for the size and everything came wrapped in tissue paper or served in paper cups. The place looked cheap and cheerful and does nt reflect at all on the quality of the food.

Popped in half an hour before closing (feeling a little guilty as they'd begun cleaning up).
Staff were friendly, smiling and just as enthusiastic as they are at the start of the day.
As mentioned, the restaurant was spotless, tables were clear and bins had been emptied.
The food was it's usual excellent standard, I'd go as far as saying it was better than other five guys I've been to as my burger didn't fall apart as I tried to eat it.
Price wise, you get what you pay for and you're paying for fresh ingredients... The peanuts are always free.

Not many seats but food is served and made quickly. Sometimes very busy but lines move quickly. Food is amazing as expected

Burgers are the best by a country mile. Service is fast and friendly. Only thing we don't like is the dining area: it's functional but just feels grubby.
Parking: Choose your time wisely as parking and getting out can be a bit of a nightmare!

It's a Five Guys which means slightly more expensive and tasty food. But here is the friendliest service I've had from one. Actually service with a smile which makes for a good atmosphere.

Gluten Free: yes, item specific Casein Free: yes, item specific Yes it's a chain, but it's welcomed when you know what to expect and just want to find a quick meal on a crappy stormy day. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to allergen protocols when I notified them of my allergies. As always cross contamination is possible, but they did their best by changing their gloves and keeping my food from coming into contact with gluten. There was ample seating in the area with a mixture of tables (primarily low top with a few high top tables) One nice difference between the US stores is that they offer mayo along with the ketchup in the condiment containers. *the restaurant is located in the portion of the mall near the movie theater

Horrible. Processed cheese, burnt bacon and soggy burnt chips. Shocking for the price.
