I had a bad experience at the coop a member of staff made a big mistake and now has put me in debt that a member of staff coursed and I've been a customer since 2007 and that is not exceptable and I will no longer be a customer of that store and I've lost all faith and trust in them

Poor service long queue at tills with only one till open. Other staff didn't bother to assist even when one came to assist the two people at the self-service tills whose items needed approval. They took one look at the queue and walked off obviously to much work involved.

Good luck using the post office, website says open when the coop is open. This is a lie, you've got a 50/50 chance of the post office actually being open. Constantly closed for maintenance. Unbelievable considering this is the only reason to visit, all of the prices are inflated to twice the price of any other shop.

There seems to be an ongoing problem with staffing here. There is always a queue not helped by the fact two self service check outs have been installed. Someone from the back room always has to be called out to help.
