Tables need to be cleared quicker, as the place is very popular. It should be a priority as it puts people off on entry. Great it's dog friendly Costa live and learn!!

Very good festive focaccia and hot drinks. Service was OK. It was just towards the end of busy lunch period - we got a table but it needed a wipe and was close to the main door, one side of which had been left open and the other (the automatic side) kept seeing ghosts. We all enjoyed the lunch and would go there again. The coffee was better than I expected and the hot chocolate there is a joy.
Wheelchair accessibility: It was fine. Good in general in the shops at Whiteley.

Always a huge queue in the mornings - with only two members of staff behind the counter! (With both having to make the drinks to keep up which means a slow moving queue).
Small independent business I could understand - but a big chain like this?
Could easily have a couple more on to serve & make the coffee quicker. Shame because we really enjoy coming here and a big fan of Nero usually.

Pretty awful quality espresso-based coffee, I only go here because Octopus Energy give me a free voucher every week. People probably don't notice because they all drink lattes which mask the taste.

Always good atmosphere. Lovely air-conditioning. Tasty food . Service normally slow. Brilliant man wiping tables down keeping them all clean . Coffee is always good . Don't think should be charging for alternative milks though bit cheeky . Dogs allowed.

Lovely hot chocolate, only thing I would say is having dogs in the store just find this unhygienic. Also a lady spilt a cold drink and the barista did his best to clean but she was a rude customer and she could've moved to give him more room! Pleasant visit will come back again!!

It's OK. Nothing special, strange background music and I know it's not always popular to say these days but the amount of Dogs in there so close to you while eating is not my idea of relaxing. Staff where very nice though.
Parking: 4 hours free in the whiteley shopping car park.
Wheelchair accessibility: I would say its would be tight to find a area suitable for a wheelchair especially to the left side of the Cafe.

A coffee shop, better than local rivals, but still just a coffee shop. I avoid Starbucks & Costa everywhere, but Neros is much better cleaner, friendlier in my opinion.

So slow its unbearable, 20 minutes and they'd served 1 person! Recommend the Starbucks around the corner, you at least stand a chance of getting served.
