5-star customer service, lovely displays and clean store. It was busy but the queuing procedure was quite effective and turn around quite quick.

Very friendly and helpful. Went to get a watch that I had purchased, online from Beaverbrooks, resized and Natalia was so helpful and patient whilst I decided which was the best fit with the links removed. Great service and would definitely recommend.

We purchase a men's watch (dec 22), the casp does not hold(easily can slip off the wrist band get lost) . Brought the watch in September. Tried to charge us for repair and new belt. I have explained that my expectation ( at that price and under one year to be rectified under guarantee) . I received a text to pick up the watch begining Dec 2023. Unfortunately that came back untouched, with the excuse that I was called and did not reply ( really?!) Why not try again perhaps or even better send me a text/email. Anyway we need to send it back, but guess what , We have to bring back the guarantee cards!!!! My question would be why not do this on the original october visit, when I got the original box, receipts,guarantee cards etc. ???? Not to mention the service and staff interaction very poor. When my partner came to drop the guarantee cards....was not even acknowledged, Staff who noticed he was waiting, just bypassed him; some staff said to their colleagues I am off , shift finished good buy . Perhaps some customer training would be useful ... The interaction or what customers would like to hear is: 'sorry for the wait, one of my colleagues would be with you shortly'. My opinion I would avoid at all costs ....there are other branches ! Anyway no watch for Xmas this year ! ( It was a Xmas present after all )... but we have the other one which was purchased from a different branch and we associate with a nice experience and customer service!

I went here to buy a Tag watch and they would not negotiate on price so I went to T H Baker in Portsmouth and saved a huge amount of money.

Poor management with equally poor staff. The business model of this business tries to emulate the service you would expect from elite jewellers. Instead your stirred into a hard sell environment with little of if not any customer satisfaction before or after. You?re made to sit down offered tea/coffee from the start of the hard sell, this of course is an act to make you feel welcome and special. Truth is they really could not careless and it?s merely a ploy to get you to make a purchase. This particular branch the staff stand around either day dreaming judging or gossiping pretending to look busy if you want better service and experience further down from this store is another jewellery shop that actually deserve and give better service and experience.

Went into the store on Saturday to look at engagement rings and was served by the lovely josie who was friendly and super helpful throughout. Went and picked up my ring today and was served by her again and she made the whole experience really easy and was lovely with our daughter too

Very good at taking your money ? unfortunately when it comes to customer care not so good ? we bought our daughter a necklace for her 16th birthday . After three weeks it fell off .returned to the local store and didn't get the greatest of results and told they are not going to repair the necklace and that we would have to buy a replacement at a cost of £200 can never speak to the same person at customer service keeps promising to call back but never does. Sadly very disappointed.

The beginning experience was good, we found the rings we liked and paid for our order, we then had to return to the store a further 3 times to have various things go wrong, in the end we opted to have a refund for one of the rings and went elsewhere.buying wedding rings should be a good experience and this was a bit of a let down.
