Right in the centre of Whitchurch, the Kings is a hospitable pub with a large outdoor seating area, perfect for summer evenings.
The serve a wide range of beers, including several real ales that change regularly, and to food is generally top notch, especially the burgers.

We'll run establishment with friendly enthusiastic staff. The venison burger was excellent. Great beer as well. Nice and warm from a real fire on on a cold evening. The language at the bar was at times coarse which detracted from the atmosphere, apart from that it would have been 5 ?

We stumbled upon this pub and what a find, we had a lovely lunch, food was fabulous and we cleared our plates.Service was brilliant, the pub was quiet at the time but the had a nice atmosphere and staff were very accommodating.

Very slow service and overpriced for the quality of the food that was served. Soggy buns, quality meat but lacking flavour, mediocre chips - for the price really expected better! Sign of the times, poor food and high prices

A friend and I had a lovely lunch here on Thursday of this week. We both had scampi and chips, the chips were excellent as was the scampi. The service was excellent too. Staff were very friendly.
