We recently visited the distillery and did the tour and cocktail masterclass.
The tour was interesting but the masterclass was the highlight of our visit - worth every penny!
If you're a gin loving cocktail drinker get booking - you won't be disappointed.
There's a great onsite bar - with an outdoor seating area, if you're lucky with the weather!

This by far is my favourite tour of any distillery I?ve ever been on. The tour begins with collecting a gin glass & filling with a sample of Bombay Sapphire gin & then mixing with tonic. You get to sip & enjoy this whilst watching a film on the origins of Bombay Sapphire gin making. The screen goes up & the doors open on to the area outback with the greenhouses & distillation buildings. You receive some more information about the stills & gin production before being able to go inside the greenhouses. Then it?s on to look at the stills & see the ingredients used in the making of the gin. Once the tour has concluded you a free to buy & enjoy a gin at the bar area & visit the gift shop.
I would highly recommend this tour whether you are a gin lover or not. It?s very informative with plenty to take in.

Cinema experience - really enjoyed it very well put together and good value we thought. The only disappointing part was that during the interval they were only serving one cocktail (their signature Laverstoke) because the bar was closed, which is fine, but there wasnt a non alcoholic option available for us drivers. The reason given was again that the bar was closed, which I get, but it's a brewery and you don't have a bottle of 0% gin anywhere? Could have easily made alcohol free Laverstokes. Nonetheless it was great fun and we would definitely return

It was above my expectation of this visit??? It really worths coming here with enthusiastic guide (Thank you Mr Mark) and real luxe experience of Gin tasting and iconic glass house that I can see in my real eye. Nesting in a pure village and area as such, the Gin is really a good /premium one. The bar, the shop are also eye catching with the price is better than you buy in super market or drink shop. There are 2 special versions that you can only buy here when visit so do no Miss?It was such a brilliant day being here?

Very enjoyable and informative tour. You get to see the stills, the process is explained. The plants and ingredients are shown. Its also set on a beautiful site on the banks of the River Test. The site contains a shop café and a bar. There is decent parking. The tours are limited to 25 so it maybe worth booking in advance.

An amazing experience from start to finish! The tour is beautifully designed, with fascinating insights into the history of Bombay Sapphire and the distillery. The greenhouse was a real highlight ? seeing the botanicals up close made me appreciate the craftsmanship behind every bottle. The Masterclass was brilliant, especially learning how to mix cocktails with expert guidance. Everything was perfectly organised, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the drinks were simply outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys gin, cocktails or just wants a unique day out!

Our visit on 6th July 2025 was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We did the full experience, starting with a 1.5-hour guided tour followed by a 1-hour mixology session?and it was worth every minute.
The tour began with a welcome cocktail (or a mocktail for those driving, which was surprisingly delicious!). I loved the interactive gin wall fun and engaging. For drivers, there?s no need to feel left out you get a voucher to redeem a bottle of gin to take home, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.
We then dove into the fascinating story of Bombay Sapphire, learning about its history, botanicals, and distilling process. The sensory element smelling and tasting the different botanicals really brought it all to life. Our guide for the 12:00 tour was a kind and knowledgeable gentleman who made the experience lively and informative.
After the tour, we joined the 13:30 mixology class, which was a highlight of the day. Our gin expert was fantastic passionate, upbeat, and an excellent teacher. We created three different cocktails using Bombay Sapphire, each one more delicious than the last. It was hands-on, fun, and surprisingly easy to follow.
At £78 for two people, this felt like incredible value. Between the tastings, education, cocktails, it?s a well-rounded experience that?s both fun and fairly priced
