This is a pathetic place for someone to eat as the people working there are so rude, they think are superior and i felt that the ladies at the bar is so uneducated and furious towards the delivery drivers. They treat the drivers very badly as I have experienced myself sitting there and listening to quarrel on this new year's.Seriously recommend to delivery drivers not to pick up from here.

6 staff behind the counter, all useless. Huge queue, wrong order. Just binned it as too long wait to get order changed. Literally pointless

Absolutely awful customer service in store. The attitude from the staff was terrible. Since when were you not able to add salad to a sub from the menu??!! At which point they stated in a rude manner did I not read what came with the sub.. Do yourself a favour and don't order from here and go somewhere else. No wonder it's always dead inside, poor effort considering. Staff clearly need training in how to speak to their customers.

Ordered through a third party app, food came about half hour late.All food was cold, I get its a sub but I ordered toasted and wasn't warm at all.Had ordered a footlong and only a 6inch sub arrived that looked like an absolute dogs dinner! I called up the store to be told I had to go through just eat and when I told them I had done this before in the past and only got refunded the surcharge the rude lady replied with well that's the only way your going to be able to get any money back.Would not recommend at all! Go maccies over this restaurant I shall nit be ordering from this subway again..

Cheese pizzas taste spicy, like there is chilli sauce in it. Second time it has happened - wont be going here again.

Me and my friends walked into subway and two of us were buying, but one of us were buying for the others. We came in with no bother and queued up while the others sat down quietly on their phones waiting. One of the women on shift, Nicky her name was, loudly spoke over the counter to the friends sitting down and said ?are you buying? so they explained we were buying for them she then said ?you need to get out as you are not buying? my mates were confused as we had explained they were getting food, but not buying out of their own money. She then said ?are you just gonna ignore me then? and then left. Me and my friend proceeded to buy our food and the others food and called them back inside to eat. She said ?are you buying anything? and my other mate who brought said ?we just brought them a cookie to eat because we wanted to sit in and have our dinner? this was because we ordered quite a bit. She then said ?that?s not an excuse to sit in here and eat, you?re not staying here all bloody night?. Yes okay, I get were teenagers, but we were not loud or rude, I believe she does not understand this and shouldn?t have been like this with us. Food was good, but service was horrible this time.Kid-friendliness: I believe that just because we are young, does not mean we are all the same and horrible.

Good food, but nicky was getting mad if you?re not getting anything, such as just sitting down and waiting for friends. They ask you to get out immediately. Absolutely disgusting place they were so rude to us. I was ordering from the app and they asked me to leave even though I was trying to order.

Ordered delivery - 2. x footlong and one 6 inch all toasted. Arrived ice cold with melted cheese. Can only assume the bread was taken from freezer or refrigerator and placed under the grill to melt the cheese. The bread on all 3 subs was stale and inedible. On a plus side the Deliveroo rider was excellent, very professional and polite. Sadly this isn't the first bad delivery we've had. Won't be giving Subway any more chances. Terrible food, not to their usual standard at all. Avoid delivery.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with SUBWAY's appalling customer service, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. After receiving my order, which took a mere one minute to arrive as the store was practically next door, I was utterly disappointed to find that the food was stone cold. It was as if they couldn't even be bothered to ensure a basic level of quality for their customers. As if that wasn't bad enough, I ordered their 'Big Bombay' sandwich, only to be served what can only be described as a microscopic sliver of chicken. It was laughable and downright insulting to call it a 'normal portion.' I decided to take matters into my own hands and walked over to the store to see if they could rectify the situation. However, instead of any semblance of concern or responsibility, the staff showed complete indifference to my plight. They brazenly shrugged off the issue and redirected the blame towards the delivery service, Just Eat. I didn't order from Just Eat; I ordered from SUBWAY, and it was their responsibility to ensure the quality of the food they served. Their solution to this abysmal situation? To nonchalantly suggest reheating the sub in the microwave. Are you kidding me? I could have done that at home if I wanted a microwaved meal. I expected a fresh, hot sandwich considering the proximity of the store, not a half-hearted attempt to salvage their terrible mistake. The worst part of the whole experience was the attitude displayed by the staff. They had zero time for my concerns, treating me as if my dissatisfaction was unwarranted. As a paying customer, I deserve respect and at least a modicum of empathy when something goes so terribly wrong with my order. I have been a loyal customer to SUBWAY in the past, but after this abysmal display of incompetence and arrogance, I will think twice before ever setting foot in one of their stores again. I wouldn't wish this kind of service on my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this SUBWAY location and seek out a restaurant that actually cares about their customers.

This one staff was really unhappy and not very welcoming! She was really tight with the salad and looked like she wanted to punch me in the face. Will travel to another one from now on! I?ve also been before and she speaks to the other staff really bad

Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Ordered via just eat at 13:20 for 14:10 delivery, arrived at 14:40 cold and missing food. Contacted subway who refused to give me my missing food told me to contact just eat for a refund. I didn?t want a refund, just wanted the rest of my order but she refused so I asked for a contact number for them and she hung up. She eventually answered the phone and tells me the managers name is ?Barbie? and they aren?t available. Wasnt just eats error as the bags are sealed. Could have been easily resolved by just sending out the missing food or giving me a contact number for the driver but she decided to be incredibly rude and unhelpful. Blame Just Eat all you want but if you are working with them, they are a reflection on your company and you should take responsibility for that. Minor mistake but the customer service was shocking so I had to review!

My girlfriend ordered a salad with chicken tikka and cheese some of the lettuce was brown she got less than a teaspoon of greated cheese and two teaspoons of chicken tikka when I ordered my foot long with steak the steak was wet I don?t know how that?s even possible.won?t be coming back !

Store is badly run, was completely ignored when waiting for my food, was waiting 10 minutes staff ignorant and rude only two staff, was prioritising delivery orders, I was the only customer in the store, would have not taken much of their time for them to serve me. Ended up walking out and not getting any food, won?t be going back! I don?t recommend if you want to get a quick food unless you have a lot of time to wait around.

Food was fine but it would have been nice for staff to slow down and actually give me time to order. It was a horrible experience and I didn?t feel listened to throughout. At the end, I asked about blue light but she had already processed the order and just smiled.It would have been nice if the staff actually slowed down and listened so my order was correct. I also got charged for extra cheese because of their mistake and then got rushed on.
