I just had a really bad experience at this establishment and it?s left a very bad taste in my mouth. I am a frequent customer at this garage and have been greeted by the majority of the staff that work here with friendliness and professionalism. Which is why I?m so confused by this interaction as I have been served by this lady before and she has usually been quite pleasant. Theresa immediately commented on ?how much I was buying? which was an odd comment and also made a weird comment on what I was wearing (an oversized fluffy oodie) which I thought was uncalled for. She then repeatedly told me I should have gone to Asda instead as they?re ?so much cheaper?, which is really bad representation for your establishment, what staff member encourages customers to NOT buy from the very place they work at? Very unprofessional and gives a bad rep to the shop as a whole. She then involved the two gentleman behind me in line saying ?sorry boys, Someone didn?t want to go down to Asda? whilst checking out my purchases- this made me very uncomfortable and has not made me want to use this establishment any more, especially if this server is working. It?s not nice to be made to feel embarrassed in public for choosing to use a shop to buy things from? I really hope this can be an issue that?s sorted as I?ve had so many great interactions from other team members here who have always been lovely and it would be a shame for one lady to ruin this shops reputation for that. Thanks

My favourite garage and fuel as I drive for my job, I am there most days so I feel like I can give an accurate review. The staff are really nice apart from the young blonde girl with tattoos. She was working 20/12/23 in the afternoon. I think she thinks because she is reasonably attractive that she gets a free pass to have bad manners? Sometimes I barely get a word or a hello or bye. I know it's not the best job working there but at least make an effort and not be arrogant. It makes me not want to go there anymore which I might not.

They had a system problem,so I had to pay more than I expected. Then instead of send me the money back, they sent me £1 in reward :).Try to avoid as you can.
