Had a table booked for 7pm. Went in gave name told to wait. 20mins later asked about table and they seemed to have forgotten we were there and didnt know if a table was available and told to wait. No offer of a drink while waiting etc Walked out. Poor service.

Went here for a meal tonight with friends Havant been for a while won't be back for a while either!!!!

We didn't book but no problem it was Monday not that busy was it ????
We were seated ordered drinks and food why then did we wait a. Hour and half for our food to get to to the table not a complicated order either 4 main meals no starters just mains sure the portions have shrunk in size not enough sauce taste was good but we've had better

Otherwise you could park a long way away and have to

everyone recommended this place so we booked a table for two at seven. we were a bit early and our table wasn't ready so we sat in the reception area. we weren't offered a drink but we got one from the bar anyway. we weren't seated until ten past which wasn't a problem. we were sat in a nice booth. the restaurant is nicely decorated and has a good feeling to it. the staff were polite and friendly.
I ordered a lamb Biriani. it is what I always have in Indian style restaurants. it was tasteless and the lamb was so tough and dry. I was really disappointed. I mentioned it when the waiter asked if we enjoyed our meal but he didn't really care. we asked for water which never arrived and my partner's beer arrived after we finished our meal. we were holding hands across the table when a waiter came over and said the table was booked again and would we please go to the bar area. we had been at our table for only an hour and fifteen minutes and most of that time was waiting for for our food. we won't be back.

Booked a table prior for 2 people at 7.30pm on Friday. Arrived on time to find a large group of dine in and takeaway customers looking fed up. Waited til 7.55pm and then walked out- one party of 3 ushered through who arrived after us and also booked at 7.30pm (they confided in us). No explanation given, no potential time for being seated given, no drink offered while waiting not even water! It was like waiting at Heathrow for a delayed flight on a budget airline. In addition to this 80% of customers coming in started coughing violently while waiting in the foyer/waiting area including my daughter- the air quality was drying everyone?s throat. Very disappointing experience and it could have been rectified but there was no communication and absolutely no service.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to this time as no exaggeration this is the best Indian restaurant I?ve been to. From the beautiful interior decor creating the perfect culinary experience to the authentic curry options to excite your taste buds! So many options to choose from and staff are super attentive. Nothing is too much ask. I will definitely be coming back again. Well done to the owners for the exceptional restaurant they?ve built and attentive services.
