Many thanks to Josh for excellent service earlier this week. Really helpful and friendly. Much less bother than trying to use the AI system to renew monthly savers. Awful experience and poor customer service. I entered the branch today to put away £400 cash into my account. I was told to use the machine which I did for the first time but the machine swallowed the whole £400, it came up with an error message after taking the money and spat my card out. Panicking I asked the member of staff to help, I explained what had happened she pulled a face as if it was unheard of and questioned the amount several times. She tried to palm me off and told me I should wait 24 hours for it to clear but I insisted it was looked into as I received an error message.She asked her colleague to help and they both made out it was ?unlikely? and made it very clear they didn?t believe the amount I said I had tried to put away. They made me feel like a criminal and they didn?t reassure me at all! Even after they found the cash inside the machine one of them said to the other ?that looks way too small to be £400? again Insulting me (and slightly worrying as she works in a bank!) even after it was counted and realising it was the full amount I didn?t receive an apology! Really upset by this experience!
