Phoned here today as I have changed doctors surgeries and this pharmacy handle my meds and Pilpouch. Answered within a minute by polite and knowledgeable lady.

My son was prescribed a very particular, expensive medication and Rowlands Clanfield went above and beyond to get it in quickly for me. They were super helpful, especially Katie!!

Shuts lunchtime and shuts by 5.30. I'm sure it never used to. I work in Blandford so I can never get there except Saturdays and the queue sometimes is terrible. Why?

Do not book your flu jab here!!!Me and my partner had a flu jab appointment last Friday. We arrived to the pharmacy about 10 mins before our appointment, where we found out that the pharmacist wasn't in & as such, the appointment had to be re-scheduled.Both of us have a full time job so we had to leave work early to make it to the appointment. It would have been nice if the pharmacy notified us about the cancellation in advance but all they could say when we were there was "don't worry, you are not the only one who was supposed to have an appointment today "...So then we rescheduled our appointment for the following Tuesday. Again, we arranged our day around the appointment, only to find out that the appointment has been cancelled once again. At least, this time we received an email notification on the day (little too late again) & a separate email with the re-scheduled date & time. They didn't even bother checking if the new date and time would even suit us...Obviously, after being messed around twice now, there's no way we will go to this place, neither will we book any other appointments here in the future. Extremely poor service!

If I wanted to listen to the staff complaining about not clearing up the night before or that someone spent most of their time in the consulting room I would have watched an episode of emmerdale. Slating other members of staff in front of customers is very unprofessional. Not forgetting the queueing when there is four members of staff chatting at the back whilst customers waiting. Rediculous!

The worst pharmacy I have ever used!Very poor turnaround for repeat prescriptions. Also out - sourcing work now which adds a further 48hours on to the 7 days!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever visited, arrived 1 min to one and they refused to serve me,said were closed for lunch at one, obviously more concerned with their stomach than their customers, I would have bought what I needed and left in less than a min,terrible customer service

What a joke , slower than anyone could ever imagine.I have been waiting 9 minutes now because the lady doesn't know how to use the till . She asked the four there's for help but nothing. She mow has gone around the counter to ask again. The young lady was lovely and apologised , the rest need firing .34 minutes to collect a prescription that was ready.

Friendly and helpful but even if your prescription is pre-ordered weekly (days before), you still wait 20+ minutes for them to find it or make the order up. Always a queue out the door.

Shocked by the poor service. If only one out of 7 boxes prednisolone ready to be picked up, at least tell me.The pharmacist just handed me the bag without saying anything. Only called to find out oh he left a owing note in the bag. Ridiculous

Never have a prescription ready when they say, totally disorganised, they never seem to know where the prescriptions are or even if they?ve received them and not very pleasant staff.They don?t even open when they say they will. I never use them now.

Shocking customer service. This pharmacy used to be great before the pandemic hit, now they are dreadful. Prescriptions never ready, not good enough when medication is urgently required. Won't be using them again.
