Stayed here for the night before an early morning ferry to Caen, just a short drive to the port, plenty of parking, nice and quiet and a lovely evening meal at the Red lion pub

great service, however the room smelt of ?from recently cleaned drains, however they offered to change the room which was good of them, the red lion food is terrible, don’t go there for dinner, and all the other pubs nearby stop doing food early, not much choice of food. stayed for goodwood, good location for that

Always stop here on the way back from Spain as it’s just a short drive from the port. Always get a lovely warm welcome from the reception desk, the rooms are always clean and ready for us on our arrival. Very comfortable ?
