My Husband Visited Saturday as my mobile was failing to charge red bar on permanently when trying to charge seemed to be stuck - Warranty had just run out - I had changed the battery & tried another charger. Hadn't been able to get to store for a month as I have no store near me so worried would loose my Pay as You go . Assistant he saw told him problem with port & needed new Phone after trying a few different chargers. I visited the Farnborough Store Monday explained what was happening again, advised to take to repair shop, but cheap phone so decided to buy new phone they had the same model on show - Had no stock - advised me to order on line - only a phone at about £50 - available - I asked them to contact Waterlooville to see if they had one - they were unable to reach them - I drove down myself They didn't have the phone either suggested I tried ARGOS - phone double the price different model not sure if older version & only have up as Vodaphone or Virgin. Later that evening we decided to try charging the battery in my old cracked phone - same thing happened steady red light - made us think not charging portal after all - left to charge for over 3 hours - surprise surprise now works tried with phone that would not charge - now working perfectly -SO I DON'T NEED A NEW PHONE AT ALL - which is great but I wasted a day running round trying to buy a new one on the advise of this shop . Appear to me O2 shops only interested in selling a Contract phone

Rachel at the O2 store in Waterlooville was very helpful and friendly. All the staff helped me with what I needed efficiently. I have been with o2 for many years now and I never had any issues with the company or the customer service. Have some really great deals if you are into having the most up to date tech!

Unhelpful, rude. My mother entered the store as her phone has been playing up for a while, respectfully we understand that the mast has also been playing up for a while.HOWEVER, I am on 02 and have had no issues, so I asked if the store worker would take a look at my mothers settings, just to make sure all was correct. He would not take a look at her phone and proceeded to tell me that the mast is down.Going back and forth, I explained I understand the mast is down, but could he just double check her settings for me. He refused and was adamant that it was because of the mask. He then refused to believe me that my phone was working and asked to have my phone to prove to him it was.I do not need a sassy, unhelpful employee questioning my intelligence or the fact that my phone worked!Would not recommend this store, or Joel the employee

One of my worst in-store experiences, ever.I very rarely visit phone shops, and never this particular one. I will never go there again. - I wasn't too sure of the layout on entering, but I caught the eye of an employee standing at the back, and explained my issue. I was told that he couldn't help and took me to another employee on the left hand (as you enter) side of the shop. My phone issue was relayed to him. So far so good.This second employee started asking questions, without saying hello, smiling or asking if I wanted to be seated. When I asked for clarification of some of the questions, I just got a repeated "That's what I said earlier" statement, but in a blunt almost aggressive manner.I didn't get what I needed in the end and left feeling let down, and frustrated.I'm expecting the 'owner' reply to this will be a copy and paste the "Sorry to hear about your issues.. Please reach out... Etc." I suggest they don't bother. If the 'owner' genuinely wants to make things better, I think sending the staff on a customer awareness course or similar would have a better outcome. Having staff like the one I encountered has and will continue to lose O2 / Virgin Media business.

I went in with an issue with my new phone set up, purchased through O2 onlline. The gentleman stated that the phone set up would have asked for a code which it did not and inferred I was a liar. I went and paid 40.00 pound for a factory reset at a mobile repair shop and then went to Havant O2 and had 100% perfect service from the manager there.

Joel was a great help in looking for a new phone and moving away from another service provider. Also persuaded me to go with an Oppo phone (never heard of them before) but it does everything I need it to do. Thanks Joel

Awful shop the staff don?t have a clue what there doing lie about things that are completely irrelevant to the issues. Had a supposed brand new iPhone 14 the battery was from a imported phone not even an iPhone one so the supposed brand new phone was not genuine. Said it needed a update for a battery to charge and then tried to say it?s the plug ?wouldn?t recommend this store to anyone

My daughter and I were made to feel very welcome and comfortable on our visit to this establishment. No high-pressure sales. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, which was very different from the last time I visited a phone shop.

Went in to ask about an issue with my phone. Jake was on hand and solved the problem in no time.Also asked about a cheaper sim deal. Jake sorted me one that certainly suited my pocket and I came away with a Tablet for only 5p more a month. Cannot complain. Great service as always.Thank you Jake.
