When I purchased a product that turned out to be faulty, the employee solved the situation by allowing me to swap the faulty product out for one that worked. Also just a great shop.

Absolutely awful. We use the snappy shopper service that runs out of this nisa. Not only are the deliveries always late and usually have the wrong items but the staff are rude when you call to track your delivery that is late by 2 hours. And to top that off after receiving a delivery today they didn?t even give the basic courtesy of closing the gate behind them allowing my 3 year old autistic son to run out and go missing, resulting in half the neighbourhood out looking for him and a great amount of distress to my son and our family. I will never be using snappy shopper or this nisa again. The lack of respect is atrocious. Save yourself some hassle and go to co op, it?s cheaper anyway.

Good choice of products. Social distancing here is interesting and be prepared to back up and give way but the staff are good and the products good.

Really friendly service. Fruit and veg can sometimes be questionable with quality. Today I did get charged 5p for a carrier bag I didnâ??t have. I couldnâ??t be bothered to go back and sort it however when I have had other issues in the past i have always been dealt with fairly and with a sincere apology.

Good service. Good choice. Knew what they were doing in their post office section, which makes a welcome change for these little post office outlets.
