Your basic morrisons store has what you need very well laid out. Prices are ok some other super markets are cheaper

Great for parking. It's a slightly smaller Morrisons but it has a lot inside, clean and has toilets and a café.
There's a park around the back too.

Usual Morrisons store. Clean, good parking, smells a bit fishy but that's because they have a fresh fish counter. No human operated tills open when I visited and the usual red lights on on the electronic tills - the attendants were running up and down might as well of put them on the tills.

This store is constantly in need of replenishing its shelves. I frequently find many products are not available, even staple foods like bread. The display areas are unkempt where customers have moved baskets seeking to find ingredients underneath, usually none there.
The extra self services tills are not adequately staffed, causing queues and waiting customers cannot see the empty checkouts further down. I actually, on some occasions find it quicker to use the manually covered checkouts further down.
Yesterday was a particularly difficult day whereby I was unable to purchase many items. Although it?s convenient for me I?ve decided it?s too frustrating and I will travel to other stores. If Aldi are successful in their bid to open a store nearby then Morrisons will lose a great deal of customers.

Came here to spend some vouchers, vouchers didn't go through, staff just walked off- bless the poor guy, he had less will to live than I did after trying to do a trolley shop on a self checkout- spent more money than we would in sainsburys for less shopping. Rubbish selection of non meat products. Won't bother again

Pretty poor branch of Morrisons. Went there before Christmas to see the reduced yellow sticker turkeys being given to friends and families of the staff... When I approached and asked if I could have one I had a mutter under the breath remark and told they were available to the public. I now shop in Sainsbury's.

I like going to this Morrison but feeling bit run down and find the plants on sale are nearly dead. Clothes section could be bigger.

I dont know whats going on with Morrisons, but it gets worse every time I use it. The toilet is out if order. The shelves are half empty. The bread is not as nice as it once was. In fact I popped in to get rolls a couple of time and they were dreadful. Boxes and mess. I hardly ever go there now.

From the sound of the faulty fire alarm as you walk in, beeping incessantly, to the coffee machine that is constantly 'out of order', to the helium balloon machine that has been in need of gas for at least 3 years now (and counting). Morrisons Horndean has been in decay for a decade.
It is shabby, tatty and desperately needs investment. It has all the hallmarks of a shop that is running down the final years of its lease and the owners have no intention of spending any money.
You could perhaps overlook some of the tired interior if you were greeted with friendly customer service but that looks like it disappeared a long time ago too.
It's a real shame, because it's a great location, with lots of houses locally but I would hazard a guess that most customers are there out of reluctant necessity (like me) rather than choice.
What it comes down to is this; Either spend some money on the place or let it go Morrisons, you are blocking a decent retail location for the local community.
