Ordered on the app 4x mcflurrys, 2x apple pies and 1x donut, order came but missing 2x mcflurrys and donut, got a refund and reordered missing items (3items), and guess what... donut was missing! It was 3 items... not a hard order tbh.
Also EVERY drink we have ordered over the last 3 months or so dont come with straws! This is what happens when teenagers are left to run fast food chains...

For a McDonald's this is one of the better ones. Clean. Nicer to sit in upstairs. Fries actually warm.

Last 8 orders everytime items missing multiple item even entire meals, children left with nothing. Unapologetic, unwilling to put it right.

Considering how quiet this McDonald?s is, it is over staffed and very slow. Everytime I have been here and waiting at the drive through order machine. Others have been served first, even though I was before them. Staff spend too long chatting to their friends and couldn?t care less about the quality of service.

Last 6 orders always something major missing! Even one of those was a drive through in person always have to get a refund and always having to order extra to make sure everyone has a meal when being delivered to home! Awful place but the kids keep insisting on it! Get better staff who can actually read the order properly!

Ive take the kids twice a month as a treat. The staff have forgotten things on the last 6 orders, it's so frustrating when you've got kids because you can't leave them and have to wait for someone to come up or eat after them. If I wait to get the food then I can't hold their hands. They could at least give you a voucher or something for ruining dinner.

I ordered on the McDonald?s app, I was waiting for my food for over 55 minutes and the delivery driver was sat somewhere for 20 minutes and then he was delivering other orders before he went to the branch. When he left McDonald?s he decided to deliver another order before delivering mine. When the order arrived my drinks order was wrong and got the opposite of what I ordered. I ordered large sprite and two medium cokes, I have lost money out of this. I then phoned McDonald?s and they told me it was Ubers fault. I don?t see how this makes sense as they placed the order in the bag and they denied anything and was still blaming uber. I felt my food and it was stone cold which I was expecting. My egg was also undercooked so that put me off my meal. This is not a brach to go to as they have terrible customer service and doesn?t care about the point you are trying to get across. This is disgusting!!
