Working with Shannon to manage my property has made it seemless. Shannon has provided excellent friendly communication for both me and the tenant and helped with quickly scheduling maintenance issues that arise for repair.

An exceptional team at Leaders in Waterlooville. For my first time starting and agreeing to a tenancy agreement, I felt very overwhelmed by the whole thing, but Chloe and Eloise, talked me through the process as well as advising on what to do next, which eased my mind and made the whole experience enjoyable. Which I now can?t wait to move in.Chloe and Eloise, were very attentive and always happy to help out in any way they can. I've just taken on a tenancy with Leaders and throughout the whole process, I've been supported by Eloise, who has explained the step by step process and even taken the time to answer all of my ? questions about the property by email.Eloise is a real asset to the company, based on my personal experience.I also recently raised 2 repairs through Leaders and Shannon Patterson contacted me and arranged for a contractor to attend promptly. Myself and my Girlfriend were just casually browsing Rightmove, when the perfect property popped up, I arranged a viewing and met Elouise a the property. She showed me around and answered all my questions, making me feel positive and excited about the possibility of being chosen out of the many possible tenants. Not even a day later we got the news from Elouise that we had been chosen by the landlord which was fantastic. In the weeks since the initial viewing Elouise has kept in contact and kept us up to date with the application process, Making things very easy and stress free for us. We cannot wait to move into our new home and can?t thank Elouise and her colleagues at leaders enough for their hard work and fantastic approach to helping us find our new home.
