I went into Waterlooville branch with my son and a member of staff named Stephen was absolutely amazing he may think I'm doing my job. He was very polite very helpful at one point couldn't find my sons account but got there in the end. We need alot more Stephens with his work attitude this world would be a better place. Thankyou Stephen 100% amazing

Staff were great, easy process

They have forgotten about service as manager told me to get signatory to bring licence down on sat for scanning in but when we did was informed to make appointment not acceptable esp being we were told by branch manager to do so.

It was my first bank and i was verry impressed about the kindness of the staff, i needed some documents and even after almost 5 years they helpt me with that for free! In my opiniom 5 stars for their lovely customer service !
