Went in for information and ended up booking the holiday! Vicky was super helpful and friendly (aided by her colleague, sorry did not get her name). We work hard to afford a holiday and it's a real bonus dealing with a team that cares. Will not go elsewhere in the future, great branch of Hays Travel. Highly recommended.
