The manager nigel was rude to my partner on the phone then to me when I called up. We were trying to get a part of a sofa and he said he was certain you couldn't get. I rang customer services who said he was wrong and that we could get it. I rang up to order it and he still said it didn't exist. I rang customer services back and they ordered it for me. Had to chase them about five times to get any sort of update.

Poor company, great communication by salesman but very poor processes and structure post sale. Purchased two sofas based on delivery date offered, waited all day for delivery and after two phone calls was told there was an issue. Called back in morning and booked for following Friday, another day off work - was told two days before that they have stock issues and now is a 6 week wait. Could have gone with other choice on day and received another product in better time. Subsequently cancelled order and asked for deposit back - the poor reviews are not isolated and smells of poor stock control and perhaps cashflow issues as reviews have got much worse recently on same issues - be careful if using this store, I would suggest.Not great at all, but v good communication from particular salesman on floor.

I would have liked to have stayed longer and take my time to look around, but one of the sales team kept following me around, then I gave up and left! Harvey's need to come out of the dark age sales techniques and embrace the modern consumer!

My son and daughter in law were expecting their new sofa on the 14 feb then were told it would definitely be 26 feb gave away they're old suite on the 25 February. Now being told end of April. My daughter in law is disabled and cant just sit on a bean bag etc. Terrible service. Beware they will probably be going bust soon

Not even worthy of one star!! waited 15 weeks for a sofa which got lost, waited another 6 weeks for an answer and then told to wait another 18 weeks for a re-order and they would only offer an incentive to do that on delivery! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!

Unfortunately couldnâ??t give this place 0/5 stars as 1 seems to good for them.....Iâ??ve had money taken out of my bank and I donâ??t even have an order with them....spoke to the manager Nigel who tried to tell me they didnâ??t have a complaints department....couldnâ??t give me his second name...told me he didnâ??t have a phone number for an accounts department....lied about not being there the day before when I know he was....tried passing the buck onto his assistant manager evelyn (who I have never heard of, spoke to or dealt with) ....aswell as being lied to by another member of staff the day before about what was going on.....avoid avoid avoid and get yaself up dfs up the road where u get treated like a human being....rant over

My family ordered a sofa ready for us to move into our new house back in April and ever since then we've been told we would get deliveries they've messed up & lied to us about, wrong sofa, took MONTHS for the sofa we wanted to actually arrive!! Don't order from here unless you have the time to wait around for 6 or so months.

The staff in the Waterlooville branch were very helpful, and intially the purchase appeared simple, but in the end they proved themselves to be helpless.
We have tried for months to arrange to have our table delivered, and there has been just excuse after excuse as to why this has not been possible.
As they worded it, our table is essentially being held hostage by the delivery company Mark Webster. Mark Webster are virtually impossible to contact (numerous voicemails left requesting a call back, and only call back when you are unable to answer).
I did not find the staff rude, they are very pleasant, but they have an extremely defeatist attittude. When faced with a problem they prefer to lie on their backs and hope someone else will solve it.
I fear the table will be delivered in a terrible state and we will have a nightmare of a time getting any issue resolved considering it has been this difficult to have a table delivered.
