For the second time now Fox's in Waterlooville have in autumn2023 helped achieve a most successful sale and purchase for me. I'm so grateful to Kieran, Aaron, Mandy, Olivia and especially main contact John Leach for their professional, supportive and cheerful conduct through an at times challenging and lengthy process due to the uncertain housing market last year. Thank you all so much. They are all a credit to Fox's and to their profession. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

We cannot praise John Leach enough, he was absolutely our savour. It has been as John sd , a long and bumpy road. 7 months, but I hasten to add, NOTHING to do with John or Fox & Sons. But without him we wld have given up on a few occasions. He was always cheerful, happy to help , went above and beyond to help, and kept us informed the whole way through. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND FOX & SONS. And being biased John.

Its taken far too long to write this review because I've been too busy enjoying my new home..without John and chloe I really don't know how I ever would have coped dealing with all this as a single woman for the 1st time buying a property on my own. Where do I start?! Olivia was nothing short of an absolute diamond! Through the fault of the other sides solicitor, my sale took 10months to go through, regardless Olivia provided regularly updates and was always so understanding of my situation and so kind. Generally the team at Waterlooville were all so fabulous, shout out to John and Aaron too. We requested a valuation for our property and were visited by Kieran. He arrived on time and was both friendly and thoroughly professional. Although our property is fairly unusual, he explained his reasoning in coming to a valuation, and left us feeling more than happy at the prospect of Fox and Sons putting our house on the market when the time comes.

The internal communication between the team within this branch is something which needs improving. Messages were not passed on on more than one occasion and feedback following a visit was not passed on. Certainly, Mandy holds the branch ship shape and John L worked hard to keep us informed during what was a particularly drawn out completion period.
