I needed a new mattress, so I decided to visit my local Dreams bedding store in Waterlooville.I found all the staff to be extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the bedding products.After trying out several types, makes and firmness of mattresses, I made a decision on one particular" Extra Firm" mattress, which felt "just right".The staff answered all my questions, spent quite a while helping me, and they were absolutely brilliant!! As a result, I ordered and paid for the new mattress there and then.I would thoroughly recommend this store.... no pressure selling, just good old fashioned help and assistance from the staff in choosing the right product. Well done all!

We just ordered a new single divan bed, mattress and headboard from Dreams, Waterlooville. Lucy served us and asked all the right questions, not trying to oversell and explaining all the options. We were quickly able to choose a bed and have our order processed and scheduled for delivery.

The staff were lovely, understanding and very knowledgable.The sleepmatch machine that is available creates a sleeping profile of you that can be used to identify mattresses which would be suitable for you, and so, saves the time you'd use to test various mattresses, especially for first-time buyers.Highly recommended
