Excellent service in the store from start to finish. Only waited 5 weeks for delivery. The deliver guys were amazing, extremely careful getting my sofas to the second floor of the house. Tidy and polite. Very happy ?

The person we dealt with was amazing. Knew the product we where interested in. I would give 5 stars but as we left we noticed how long we where in the store and I might get a parking fine, (there was a long queue).

Would be 5 stars if we had received our care kit. Received the sofa 6 weeks ago with care kit expected within 2 weeks of sofa delivery. However, customer service is excellent. George is an absolute credit to the team in store. Top bloke. Really puts in 100% to ensure customer satisfaction.

Extremely poor service from DFS.Sold extras that were out of stock and are unavailable.Had to wait five weeks before a fitter could be sent out to rectify the faults. The fact that it was a long wait shows you how busy the service department is! With the quality of DFS products, I can see why! I don't think they know what quality control is. Look at the other one star reviews. All those people can't be wrong! If your order arrives ok, then that's great. But if it's faulty and you need help, be prepared to be pushed from pillar to post.

Honestly can?t fault dfs! We had had a bad experience with a different sofa company so was left with no sofa for a while, I went in store to find really helpful staff. They helped me order the sofa I wanted and it actually got delivered in less than a week from ordering, I couldn?t believe it! Sofa is perfect, thank you so much.

Had a wonderful experience today at DFS Waterlooville. Found the perfect sofa and was helped by George who answered all our questions perfectly, what a wonderful salesman he really made our day. Purchased the sofa straight away. Looking forward to its arrival.

Having had a damaged item delivered we were more than happy to have it repaired, trouble is they used a different fabric, this has been going on for months now, the manager at Waterlooville won?t speak to me, they obviously can?t get the original fabric. We have offered them a solution to resolve this but they aren?t interested, looks as though we?ll be getting Trading Standards involved and maybe a solicitor?on the plus side, Rhys at the call centre has tried to help

I have placed an order for a sofa at the waterloovile branch and they are supposed to send an email so I can sign the agreement but have failed to do so,so I would like this to be dealt with at the earliest possible time,I am very dissatisfied with the way I am being dealt with,so if you want this order to remain with you please contact me otherwise I will go elsewhere.

The two guys I met were very helpful and knowledgeable as I needed to make sure the sofa I wanted broke down to fit in my flat.Went through all the options and had a new sofa in an hour (plus 3 months build time.......)Looking forward to it arriving and will update this then

Store staff no issues but customer support terrible. Brand new settee delivery which was faulty and returned the same day.Will not shop again.
